We treat different musculoskeletal diseases of children and adolescents. An interprofessional care team provides treatment at our clinic, including a paediatric orthopaedist, nurse, physiotherapist, occupational therapist and a medical orderly.

The Mäntymäki Paediatric Neurology office is primarily targeted at children and young people residing in Turku who need specialised paediatric neurology care or multi-professional developmental and rehabilitation assessments.

We treat diabetic children under 16 years old.

We study and treat diseases relating to the growth, physical development and hormonal activity of children and adolescents aged 0 to 16.

The clinical team for open care psychiatry has the task to help and manage families with addiction problems and patients with dual diagnoses. A dual diagnosis means that the patient has substance or functional addiction and, at the same time, has a serious psychiatric disturbance.

Children and adolescents suffering from typical paediatric diseases are examined and treated at our clinic.

Our patients are pregnant women whose pregnancy carries specific risks and whose condition requires close monitoring and follow-up.

All babies born in Southwest Finland are delivered at our department.
