Clinical team for open care addiction psychiatry
The clinical team for open care psychiatry has the task to help and manage families with addiction problems and patients with dual diagnoses. A dual diagnosis means that the patient has substance or functional addiction and, at the same time, has a serious psychiatric disturbance.

Intensified adolescent psychiatric open care (Nuote) provides treatment to young people (age 13–19 years) with mental problems and their families.
Psychosis Rehabilitation Working Group
Patients living primarily in Turku, aged 18–69 years, are followed-up and supported by the Psychosis rehabilitation working group. The cause for referral for rehabilitation is usually psychotic illness.

Psychosis Ward P4 is a closed rehabilitation department with 19 beds. We examine and manage patients aged 18–69 years whose mental condition warrants hospital care.
