Referrals to the motion laboratory

Patients are referred to us from specialists (e.g., FYS, ORT, NEU) or physiotherapists (FYST) or ergotherapists (TOI). The electronic referral: TYKS T1. Examinations take typically 60–90 minutes.

The following information should be included in the electronic referral:

• Address of the referral: Motion laboratory
• Succinct problem statement – what is to be examined and why
• the patient’s symptoms and performance briefly
• limitations
• diagnosis and ICD-10 code.
