X-ray and other medical imaging
For some X-ray examinations, you can book an appointment yourself by telephone or via the internet, if the ward or clinic that is treating you has not already booked an appointment for you.
Please do notice that you need a doctor's referral for examinations.
Appointments for examinations in the Department of Clinical Neurophysiology, the Department of Clinical Physiology, the Nuclear Medicine Unit and the PET Centre are always booked through the ward that is treating you.

Heart tests
Heart tests are used to examine possible functional disturbances of the heart. The most common heart tests are electrocardiogram (ECG), echocardiogram, and 24-hour ambulatory ECG.
