Our patients are generally over 70 years of age.
You need a doctor's referral.
The most common reasons patients come to us for treatment are:
- severe depression or anxiety
- bipolar disorder
- psychotic disorders, including delusional disorder
- severe psychiatric symptoms related to memory disorders and substance abuse problems.
The Geriatric Psychiatry Team operates during office hours. The team's working forms include consultations, outpatient appointments, groups and, if necessary, home visits. Our treatment periods are based on a treatment plan and are fixed-term in nature.
