We are responsible for all of the specialised care of digestive surgery and urology in Tyks, and the outpatient treatment of internal medicine gastroenterology. Daily surgical activity and the diagnostics and treatment of cancer are our most essential activities. We diagnose or treat 43 % of all the cancers in our wellbeing services county.

Our aim is to promote heart health and overall well-being. We treat heart patients in one full-service unit. Our treatments include heart and lung surgery, balloon angioplasty, pacemaker placement, cardiac catheterisation and various methods of arrhythmia treatment.

We are responsible for neurological and neurosurgical specialised care, emergency care and rehabilitation in the wellbeing services county of Southwest Finland. We also provide specialised care and rehabilitation to patients in Satakunta, Åland and Vaasa. Based on freedom of choice, we accept patients from anywhere with a doctor's referral.

We treat diseases and injuries of the musculoskeletal system. In all our activities, the starting point is the patient, service, quality and safe treatment. We offer patients flexible access to treatment and nearby services in the entire area of ​​Southwest Finland.

Our services include the organisation of operating room operations for various operational specialties, as well as all expert services in the field of anaesthesiology and intensive care, as well as the operation of the respiratory support unit.

We are responsible for surgery of the head area, plastic and general surgery, and cancer treatment.

We provide patients, Tyks' result groups as well as other partners, with therapy, expert services and assistive device services.
