Booking a time for a visit to the laboratory; lab help line

You may book a time for a lab visit online – it’s easy!

Online booking for lab visits is open daily 24/7. Online booking is an easy way to book an appointment for a visit to the lab. You may reserve a time for yourself or for a friend without needing to identify yourself or log in.

You will receive a text message (SMS) and/or an e-mail confirmation of your booking. The message contains a booking key and a pin code which allow you to view, change or cancel your booking.

If you visit the lab often, you might consider using a user name for accessing the online functions of the laboratory. When you have a user account you may view and change the reservations you have made without the need of a booking key and pin code. You may obtain the user name by visiting the online booking appointment function in the upper right hand corner of the web page – log in – register.

If you prefer, you may also call the booking appointment service of the laboratory, phone 02 313 6321. We are at your service in matters related to the laboratory on weekdays at 7.00 am to 2.30 pm.  If the telephone queue is long, you may leave us a call-back request. We’ll call you back on the same day.
