Turku PET Centre is a joint national research institute of University of Turku, Åbo Akademi University, and Turku University Hospital (Tyks).

Our focus areas at the Tyks Surgical Hospital Radiology are orthopaedic and geriatric imaging studies. We are also responsible for the imaging needs of primary health care.

We perform high-quality radiological examinations with magnetic imaging.

We study and treat diseases of internal organs and blood vessels.

We offer acute imaging services to the whole Wellbeing services county of Southwest Finland, 24 hours a day every day of the year.

We perform the most common radiological examinations and computed tomography scans as well as ultrasound examinations and procedures.

We perform bone and lung imaging studies as well as ultrasound and computed tomography examinations.
