The haematological laboratory is responsible for cell counting, coagulation research, blood centre activity and quality control of haematological research in the region.

We perform various examinations of cardiac functionality, such as ergometer exercise tests, long-term monitoring of blood pressure and pulse and echocardiography.

Sampling by appointment. Blood samples without appointment on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8.00 am to 10.00 am. INR-sampling without appointment from Mondays to Thursdays from 12 pm to 13 pm.

The patients at the Stroke unit have acute changes in the blood circulation of their brain and require close follow-up and management. The patients of the Stroke unit are referred to us from Emergency services.

Sampling by appointment. The Ketterä sampling serves adult customers requiring blood samples from Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM. The Ketterä sampling operates on a first-come, first-served basis without appointments.

Sampling by appointment. Blood samples without appointment 12.30 pm to 2 pm. Sampling with a shift number on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7.00 am to 2.45 pm and on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 12.30 pm to 2.00 pm. At other times, sampling by appointment.
