We treat strabismus and vision rehabilitation patients of all ages. Examinations performed on strabismus patients include: vision test prism fitting eye glass prescriptions examinations and guidance relating to strabismus operations. Services for rehabilitation patients include: work competence assessment rehabilitation plan compiling fitting and teaching the use of assistive devices mobility instructing home visits adaptation training and organising rehabilitation courses. You need a doctor's referral to be admitted. We also perform rehabilitation counselling without referrals. Our assistive device and rehabilitation services are part of medical rehabilitation and intended for our clients with visual impairments and their next of kin. We are part of the Tyks Operational Division of Surgery and Cancer Diseases. Client fees A clinic fee is collected from your visit. Rehabilitation services are free of charge. Note before arrival Make sure you have plenty of time for your visit (at least 2–3 hours). It is a good idea to bring something to eat for children. Eye drops that might blur your near vision are usually used in our examinations for dilating the pupils. In these cases, driving a car is prohibited. You should bring sun glasses along.
