Hearing Centre
We study and treat hearing impairments. We calibrate, adjust and repair hearing aids and cochlear implants. We plan and carry out hearing rehabilitation.
Hearing Station, Loimaa
We research hearing and treat patients with hearing disorders. We work in close co-operation with otologists and the outpatient clinic of ear, nose and throat diseases.
Heart tests
Heart tests are used to examine possible functional disturbances of the heart. The most common heart tests are electrocardiogram (ECG), echocardiogram, and 24-hour ambulatory ECG.
Physiotherapy, the Lighthouse hospital
Physiotherapists work at the Lighthouse hospital in the wards and outpatient clinics of the Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine, the Ear-, nose- and throat diseases ward and the gynaecology wards.
Tyks Orto Surgical hospital
The Orto Surgical hospital is located in the same region as Tyks Mäntymäki Hospital and the Health Centre. At Orto Surgical hospital we treat orthopaedic patient.

The Cancer Centre brings research much closer to the patient. Our aim is to make it as easy as possible for any patient to participate in ongoing cancer trials. Research pervades each step along the treatment path.
Close Collaboration with Parents – Research
We are actively researching the implementation and effectiveness of the Close Collaboration with Parents intervention through several evaluation studies in Finland, Estonia and ongoing studies in other countries.
